LifeResets will take place at the magical Refugio Mountain Retreat (“where earth meets heaven”) in the central mountains of Puerto Rico. Our secluded property has been described as many as one of the most beautiful and healing properties in all of Puerto Rico. We have access to miles of private hiking trails, mountain spring water, panoramic views, perfect temperatures, and unparalleled tranquility. There is a sacred, indigenous, nurturing quality which has given the property the nickname of “Mama Refugio.”

14, 21, or 28 day immersive healing retreats—you choose what fits your lifestyle and budget. These are individualized experiences so the length of stay will be customized to your needs and preferences. We suggest a minimum of 2 weeks for maximum impact.

We design daily and weekly activities tailored to each participant with opportunities for community involvement (not required). Before arrival, we assess your needs to collaborate and prepare your experience, where you will work one on one with one of our coaches during your stay. You’ll also have the dynamic flexibility to change up your engagement preferences as your healing emerges.

Cost is dependent on length of stay and offerings utilized. Our retreats are much more accessible and affordable than most retreats offered in other locations.

Life coaches Julie and Steve Ferwerda, who each bring a rich experience base of many different healing practices, will be your hosts and mentors during your stay at the retreat. They will be involved in planning and implementation of daily activities and sessions. Dependent on needs and preferences, we also have many other therapists and practitioners in many different specialities who, for an additional fee, can be incorporated into your transformational plan.
